Remote World offer a $10 Flat-Rate, Australia Post Tracked Shipping to all (8) States and Territories of Australia. All shipments will be tracked by Remote World, however no tracking information will be provided to the purchaser.
Shipment arrival times will vary based on a range of factors outside of the control of Remote World as we are using the Australia Post delivery network. All shipments are sent from our greater Melbourne warehouse.
If you wish to find out the status of your order after having waited 5 business days from your purchase date, please message us using our 'Contact Us' web-form.
Please be understanding that shipment delays are currently being experienced by Australia Post, and to allow additional time for your shipment to arrive.
CHANGE OF MIND or INCORRECT ITEM PURCHASED
Remote World understand that finding the right solution for your remote requirement can be difficult. Remote World will accept returns within 14 days from date of invoice for change of mind and incorrect purchases.
All returns will incur a $10 restocking fee 9 (for each item).
Returned items are to be expressed post at the purchasers cost, and are to be received within 7 business days from the return process having been initiated.
Returned items are to be in original condition, in un-opened original packaging, not used, free from wear or damage in any way shape or form. This includes any additional accessories included such as sunvisor clips, and belt clips etc.

WARRANTY PERIOD
Remote World offers a 12-month manufacturers warranty on all remotes sold. Warranty starts from the initial invoice/purchase date.
Important Note: Batteries, water damage, electrical shock, incorrect battery fitment and/or physical damage to the item are not covered under warranty as these are not considered manufacturers faults or failures.
HOW TO INITIATE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Some warranty claims can be diagnosed over the phone without sending the item back for testing. For this reason, we suggest that you contact us to discuss your issues to see if our technical support team can help.
Remote World may request that a video or photos of the issue be supplied to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you are required to return an article due to a possible warranty claim, we will provide a return address at this time.
Once your item is returned and received by us, we will do our best to have your item assessed within two (2) business days.
If your item is deemed to be faulty, your item will be repaired or replaced, and shipped at no additional cost to you. Where the item is unable to be repaired or replaced, we will discuss either a refund or suitable replacement. If the item is deemed not faulty, we will contact you to discuss options.
Your item is sent well protected from the delivery process, we expect it to be returned in the same way. Damaging or defacing the remote or failure to adequately protect the item during use or in transit will result in void our contract. Please do not add or write anything directly to the item or packaging.
